Leadership of the Scheduling and Materials Planning team. Outcomes for the role will include execution of forecasting, reporting on schedule compliance, risk identification and mitigation for meeting production requirements as well as implementing best practices in improving capacity and resource utilization.

- Identification and implementation of visual management dashboards for conformance to schedule
- Leading operating rhythms to review schedule conformance with production, programs and planning
- Identifying opportunities for schedule gains through analysis of efficiency and asset / resource utilization
- Communicating risk with options to mitigate via comparing levers such as overtime and resequencing.
- Coaching and developing team members on skills as well as the Ultra ASPIRE Values
- Assess readiness and improvements required to transition scheduling from offline tools to ERP
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Engineering
- PMP certification
- 10 plus years experience with significant master scheduling experience
- Ability to work on Canadian Controlled Goods and US ITAR controlled articles
- Candidate must be capable of acquiring a NATO Reliability and Secret security clearance
